Operations & Facilities Manager
Cartmel Racecourse is an independent business operating 9 race days (4 race meetings) per annum; Summer Jumps.
The site can accommodate 20,000, delivering an annual admission of around 100,000.
We are proud of our Cartmel Magic and look to preserve the special atmosphere of our race days, whilst delivering a high quality experience.
The role of operations and facilities manager is responsible as follows –
The full operational end to end process of event planning and delivery.
To develop, deliver and review all events race day and non-race day.
To manage and lead on continuous improvement of events including policy and procedure. To ensure the profitability of events, whilst at the same time ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
