Stud Secretaries Course to be held at the National Stud
The Stud Secretaries course will be returning to the stud’s portfolio of courses for 2011. Sponsored by Equisoft stud software, the 4 ½ day course will be held at the National Stud from 11th to 14th January 2011.
The course has been developed for secretaries’ new to the Thoroughbred breeding industry or anyone wishing to work in the role. Guest speakers from organisations such a British Horseracing Authority, Tattersalls, and Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association will cover a wide range of topics and give an overview of all areas that a Stud Secretary would encounter. The course topics also include, stud administration, bloodstock registration, stud operations and practical instruction of stud software.
