Recogniton of staff in the industry has increased in recent years and the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards rivals any industry.

The number of Awards on offer demonstrates how much people in the industry are recognised for the work that they do - but also shows the number of opportunities for further support and progression.

A full support network is available to all those that work in the industry from stable staff through to jockeys and trainers.  The number of welfare organisations in the industry demonstrates this.

And for those that might be need some extra help and advice on various issues - programs are in place.
