The BRS Management Academy
The British Racing School have teamed up with an external training provider to provide management training specific to the racing industry. This programme will suit those who aspire to senior roles within their organisation. Careful selection of candidates ensures that the organisation gains maximum benefit from the programme.
The programme is restricted to those working in racing so that the discussions and programme are placed in the context of the issues that face racing. The British Racing School ensures the external training provider is continually updated on the issues, attitudes and politics that affects management in a racing environment to ensure the course is kept current.
Each individual, having been assessed, follows their own individual development plan. They are therefore able to plan, choose and commit to various activities that are designed to meet their exact individual needs.
For many there will be a requirment for new ideas, tools or techniques. For others, there will be a need for coaching and support to make best use of new knowledge and skills to help them become more effective.
